Course Reviews

“Was a bit hesitant about buying an online course, but it was absolutely worth it. The somatic movements were a game-changer, I didn’t realize how much tension I was holding in my body until I tried them. The detailed explanations and downloadable videos make it easy to practice at my own pace. I feel like I’ve learned more here than in months of reading books on trauma ”

“I didn’t know much about somatic therapy before taking this course, but I’m glad I did it. The practical exercises are incredible, and the psychoeducation part is clear and easy to follow. Some of the science-heavy sections were a bit overwhelming at first, but the summaries really helped. I’m using daily some of the techniques I’ve learned ”

“The combination of movement exercises and the polyvagal theory module was eye-opening. It helped me connect the dots between my nervous system and my emotions, making sense of reactions I’ve had for years. I now feel like I have a better understanding of why my body responds the way it does, and I finally have tools to start working with it rather than against it. It’s been an empowering experience, and I’m so glad I took the leap.”

“As a therapist, I was looking for ways to expand my approach to trauma work, and this course delivered. The somatic interventions are practical and effective, and the emphasis on safety and co-regulation gave me new insights for working with clients. I wish there was more detail in a couple of the modules, but overall, this has been a fantastic investment.”
